Taking the First Step Is Big — I’m Here to Make It Easier.
Reaching out for support is a big decision, and I don’t take that lightly. That’s why I offer a free consultation call—an opportunity to share where you are in your journey and explore how I can help. No pressure, just a safe, supportive space to see if we’re a good fit. Whenever you’re ready, I’ll be here to guide and support you.
“When we learn how to become resilient, we learn how to embrace the beautifully broad spectrum of the human experience.”
― Jaeda Dewalt
Life, After
A gentle membership for women learning how to live after breast cancer. Life, After is a supportive space for women who were diagnosed with breast cancer before 40 and are figuring out how to live after — after treatment, after the crisis, after everything changed.
There are two ways to be a member inside Life, After - a free component which gets you access to the community feature, as well as select free content, and a premium paid membership that gets you access to a content library with meditations, mindfulness exercises, journaling guides, drop-in community art workshops, etc. This space is new and continuously developing - I hope to see you inside!
I know that joining a support group for the first time can be a nerve-wracking thing, so I asked Lena if she would be willing to share her experience to help you feel more comfortable with joining us. As you can see, we had a fun conversation - caution, adult language!
We’re a relaxed group that gets along well and enjoys one another’s company. We talk about the good, the bad, and the ugly of our individual experiences and are here to support one another through all of the ups and downs that this breast cancer journey brings.
