Feel More Like YOU Again Workshop
Whether you’re in treatment or learning how to live after it.
You’re still you — even if life doesn’t feel familiar right now.
This workshop is for women who were diagnosed with breast cancer before 40 and feel emotionally unsettled, like everything is different for them, but the world around them is the same. This is for you, whether you’re still in treatment, newly finished, or years past it.
It’s not about fixing you, forcing positivity, or pretending this experience didn’t change you.
It’s about creating a little emotional breathing room — and reconnecting with yourself in the middle of everything you’re carrying.
This workshop may be just the thing you need now if:
You feel disconnected from who you were before your diagnosis
Your body is healing, but your mind feels constantly “on”
You’re tired of managing fear internally while looking fine on the outside
You want to feel more like yourself — without needing to rush or explain
What this is:
A reflective, supportive workshop led by someone who has been here too — offering perspective, normalization, and gentle tools to help you feel steadier inside.
What this is not:
Therapy, toxic positivity, or a promise to “move on.”
You don’t need to feel grateful, strong, or ready for anything. Show up as you are.
You’re welcome to watch in one sitting, or pause and come back — take this at your own pace.
This isn’t about toxic positivity. It’s about practical, gentle tools that help you feel more like YOU — right now, not “someday.” You’ll leave with simple practices you can use the very same day.
What’s Next?
If this helped you feel a little more grounded or less alone, and you’re craving ongoing support, you don’t have to figure out next steps by yourself. What I’ve shared in the workshop is what working together can look like for women navigating diagnosis, treatment, and life after breast cancer.
